With the recent incorporation of platinum trophies to be more prevalent when looking at a clan, I think it would be nifty if the clan journal would reflect it when a bot in the clan achieved a new platinum. When clans start to have more and more trophies, it'll be more difficult to tell when a new one is achieved.

I like this idea, but it is tricky because of the way repeatable platinum trophies are currently stored. I only keep track of how many times you've earned the trophy and the last time you earned it. I would like to eventually change this to store the time you earned each individual one (and some other stuff), so once I do that then this will be possible.

I don't see the need for this info in the clan journal as there is zero benefit to the clan.

If a player wants to celebrate the gaining of a new platinum then use the clan forum.

Well, I did use some big words...

It's true that platinums provide no direct benefit to a clan, but I intend for them to be a measure of how "veteran" a clan is, so I think the indirect benefit received from them warrants having them in the journal.

I also plan on adding a similar option to see who has earned what platinums recently game-wide.

That's what's up. Because some of the more prestigious platinum trophies (IE. Level 300, 325, etc., Super Str++, Dex++, etc.) take some time and effort to achieve and should be recognized by the entire game.

What if....Platinums actually helped the clan?

Like,

For every 100 platinums, you get 5 more energy per hour. Just something like that.

It would be nifty if a clan that achieved a certain amount of platiumn trophies to receive some sort of benefit that doesn't affect gameplay. Possibly something concerning looks? (Special color for their bot/clan name/forum recognition)
