wanted to get a star(s) but do not want to use paypal, so tried to use paypal, is this US only ?? cause bucharest is not a valid city neither is my postcode,

Ender can you do something about this or is this more a legal issue??

PayPal is not US-only, it should work from Romania. You could maybe try reaching out to PayPal's customer service?

i saw i mispelled something :) did not want to use paypal but wanted to use visa which didnt work :)

You should be able to pay through PayPal via credit card without registering if that's what you don't want to do.
