You may wonder, why, why make a clan named Bedtime Thoughts? Well, on a weird level, this song speaks to me as a player of 20 years on bots2 and bots4. In those years, things have changed, but it doesn't feel like it has either. It's been a very random adventure of thoughts and friendships and all sorts of silly ideas everywhere. But in a way, this game and my time playing on it is much like how Yoda probably felt in this silly song. I've just tried to bring joy to random people on a game I found years ago and in a way I haven't been rewarded for playing the game itself other than the friendships I gained and lost over it. I have no score records, no win records, but yet I've spent years on these games, it's all really been for nothing. No accolades, in fact I have a permamute even. I've been punished for trying to help the game grow and nobody seems to listen. I have essentially torpedoed my own fun on this game because of my feelings of nothing being done about certain things over time. "If everything feels different, that's just cause it is, everything changes..." and "Every day, something's slipping away from you?" feels like my time on this game. You work hard for thousands of hours, tried to get people to listen to your ideas, you waste your life, and it's all for nothing. It's all slipped away. Even your friends don't want to talk to you or feel betrayed by you. And there's no real going back.
