Why do balanced bots pawn everything until 50, then strength takes over and pwn's back ti'll level ~100 and then dexterity bots take over? What is the meaning of this?

ya. oblits are at least 166? Maybe higher now because of con rule. Oblits are only good for whores anyway. Their low armors suck dick to powers or larges. |

dont forget the shield which increases the absorb to 65%ish. So 70% block, 50% miss and then still absorb. Not bad. |
