what about 140 kevlar blasters build?

With Black Hades? Would probably be at par with souls. I mean, souls can get really unlucky sometimes. However, I heard someone on these forums say that STR bots hit waay to often here on BOTS4. I don't know. Whatever.

blasters conned is about as good as souls at 140. However, you need to freak the blasters to make them better.

idk last i checked 140 full kevlar blaster wins more than souls by far. too much def and absorb

Both builds are a complete bitch to fight. Neither builds will "dominate" the other so I doubt seriously anyone with either will fight the other or the same as theirs for that matter. This is why I am building both. ^^
