Let's say I have the 250% Exp buff. When I fight somebody do they get what their buff gives them?

Let's say I lost against somebody with the 200% exp buff, Do they get 200% exp for their win? Does it take off one of their battles left?

Same thing applying to kudos.

Buffs only take effect in battles you initiate so that you do not lose duration from being attacked (and cannot get "infinite duration" buffs by never initiating attacks).

So no, they do not get experience from buffs, or kudos...
