I did just level up to 24. The list shows their current level not level achieved.

Nope. Terminator 2002 is beatable real easily below lvl20, even with int.

The trophy stats shows bots at their current level and not the level at which they beat the trainbot. Kind of annoying. So everyone who beats a trainbot basically thinks that they did it at an earlier level than everyone else.
