Is the maximum block tapped at 70%? Im not 100% sure and if so whats the point in upgrading your shield except extra armor?

yes that is the maximum block percentage. we are trying to get it raised even if it's just a little.

Well i maxed it out at level 80.. which is a bit sad lol.

Your block % decreases as you level so you have to keep putting points in dex to keep it at 70%.

Oh yeah i wont be losing 70% thats for sure. Might be first bot for my build in game.

Should go 2:3 dex, it actually makes for a really got bot in the higher levels
