What happens when a guy joins mid month? Does he start off with a negative number?

Means you would have had 40 from regen alone, but you lost 20 in a fight.

Mine says 40 (+0), meaning i havent won or lost anything yet.

The game knows exactly how much of your energy has come from regen regardless of when you joined your clan, so if you do join mid-month it will that that into account.
