How come the best fights we have are the very first ones against any opponent for the day/log in session? Is there a hidden factor involved that I've never seen discussed?

In all my bots ever in this game the first fights have always been the best so you can't say it's just luck, 100% isn't luck.

Deal the most damage, best chance of winning.

On my kudos bot today I got almost 3K kudos from training against a train bot I always lose against right now, and the most I've gotten since then is only 2200. On other bots when fighting against other players it was common to fight against someone, win the first fight, and then never win any after that.

I haven't noticed anything unusual with fight results per se, but one thing I've noticed when I'm breaking crab whistlers is the left one always breaks before the right one. This is at low levels, where there are 50+ hits to kill with crabs, so there shouldn't be much difference between the two weapons in terms of damage taken even though the left weapon strikes first. I've only done it about 6 or 7 times so it could just be luck as well.

I've not noticed anything in my auto click script logs.
