ive just hit 70% block was wondering how high it goes?

oh, thats abit shit lol so whats the point in having higher shields blasde barrier (300 dex) allows 70 |

As your level goes up you lose some block chance, so put 2 dex per level to keep it at 70 and then buy the next shield, then you don't have to worry about it for a while, repeat when you see dex fall some again. |
