on a related note .. can anyone point out the minimum req. for energy regeneration (>0 EPH)?

So far I've got it to be something like:

• positive amount of energy (>0)
• fight ratio > 0.5
• lvl req ??

I'm not sure, but if the formula looks anything like this:

any of the variables becoming 0, say, if A = energy gained in the last 10 hours = 0, will make the EPH 0 as well.

No idea what the actual formula is though. It's probably not that simple.
