I could not find a FAQ... maybe we need a sticky. I have the following two questions:

(1) What is a freaked bot? (2) How do I get the xE as low as possible?

Yes there should be a FAQ or proper documentation. It's work in progress.

Freaked builds:
Means you're using equipment you don't have the required stats for (anymore). Pro: you get more damage and defense than you're supposed to. Con: your equipment takes a lot more damage, so wears out faster.
