Causes forum post count to be reset even without resetting it on the phone before switching to pc. What's up with that? Now I can't see if any posts are new when I get home after work.

When I logout without reseting forum, sometimes when I log back the forum is reset. When this happens I usually see the time of last post in each thread to know which are new.

The forum status can only be reset two ways:

1. Clicking the "reset forum status" link on the forum index.
2. Manually logging out (idling out won't reset it).

Did you do the second, Trio?

Ya I log out on both phone and pc. I've never noticed that simply logging out resets it.

why logging out reset it? sometimes I dont read the forum before logout... I guess I should stop doing it manually then

I wouldn't be against removing that behavior. It works that way more because it's how bots2 worked than anything else. And I'll admit I don't ever manually logout specifically for the reason that it resets forum status.
