There's a "soft cap" set at 5, but Ender has nothing in place to keep you from doing more. If you wanted, with the ability due to browser caps, you could virtually log on an infinite amount of bots.

I'm not playing them, just proving a point. I actually open/closed Firefox each log on.

There actually is something in place to cap it at 5 per IP, but there's an old bug that allows some people to bypass this somehow. Of course this doesn't stop proxing and I've always been a little lax about enforcing the 5-per-player limit.

I've attempted to play with more than 5 bots, but honestly it's a lot of hassle to play with even 4 so I never bother going more. i may log on a 5th to peruse the forums or do something like get kudos or mess with my clans setting and such but that's usually it.

The most that I've ever had on and active at one time was four, even that was only a couple times too I think. More often I did have three going. But now a days, just this one.

I played lots of times with 5 bots. It was a mad clicking :P most of the sometimes the 5th one is just for camping.

How do you even log in with more than one?? I've had 2 at once where I've used Firefox and IE?

I log multiple bots through the new session option of IE.

can log into as many bots as you want on firefox but you have to downloads something first and then 2 on google chrome and 2 on internet explorer

Chrome profiles is probably a pretty easy way to do multiple logins too now, it's basically a separate session per profile.
