We poor English web developers have to use a 'yank compiler' after writing our code to fix centre, colour, etc. :( |

We dumb fuck Brit web developers have to use an 'English compiler' after writing our code to fix centre, colour, etc. :( *Fixed. |

british or yankish, doesn't matter, english is one Fucked Up language. Spelling and pronunciation are completely unrelated and inconsistant as can be. As this poem demonstrates. |

Shut up nos. You Americans, guess what you speak? English, our language |
p stylers="political-alignment: The South will rise again!;">This here is a hootenanny! Confederate compiler. Oddly enough, if you add the < to the first p, it'll work. It'll be left-aligned but it'll work. |

No, we speak "American English". Because like everything else in this world, we took something and made it ours(=better). |

Anything American is definitely not better. But no its just called English, at school did you go to your American English class? No, you went to your English class. You just add American English to make yourselves feel better |

Actually there is a huge difference in Anglo-Saxon English, which is where English originated from, than what you speak today. So don't act as though what you are speaking is "original" English either. Stupid Brit. You sure as fuck don't walk around speaking like Shakespeare now do you? Didn't think so. As far as American English, I used it to distinguish it from what you speak. Obviously "yank" or Americanized English, though maybe not far removed from "British" English, is different and thus should be annotated as such. |
Take off ya hosers with all this which English is better eh? Ya need to have yourselves a two-four and some Timbits! And maybe some poutine ya? Then ya can come and play some lacrosse and some hockey and some basketball cuz we Canadians made all those games ya ok? Oh, and do you like your fancy light bulbs eh? The light bulb was actually invented by a Canadian. (Henry Woodward patented it in 1874). The patent was bought by some obscure American named Edison who improved upon the design and took credit for inventing it. Face it, Canada beats both your asses on all fronts. |

You go America's Hat! Tell us what for! |

Bit disappointed you didn't go with the "If Canada's so great, it'd be one of our states" |
<Rapture>

Regardless of anything you say, the language you speak is English. Do the Dutch say we speak Dutch English? Or the French speak French English? Nope, they're not as insecure as you Americans |
Why would the Frenh speak any kind of English? |
this has gone way off topic dont you think? take the bullshit to Miscellaneous |
<Storage>
Yeah, way off topic. Let's get this argument centered back on topic. ^^ |
Or the French speak French English? One word: Quebec. |
Nah they talk Canadian-English. |
Don't you mean Canadian-French? English speakers in Canada speak Canadian English. |
How many dialect of Canadian is there?
