Do u lose everything but your trophy points? Do I lose all my kudos, Reid's points and boosts?

you lose things like: stats, redis, kudos, armour, weapons
you keep: buffs, name and a shiny gold trophy for resetting

What gets reset?

Pretty much everything except for trophies. In particular:

• Your level will be 1.
• You will have 0 wins.
• You will have 0 losses.
• You will have 0 trains.
• Your played time will be reset.
• You will have no equipped items.
• Your stash will be empty.
• You will have 0 kudos.
• You will have 0 redistribution points (5 to buy).
• You will have no clan invites or applications.
• For now you will keep your buffs, but this is subject to change.
