I played this game a long time ago. Back then, there was a bot calculator that you could enter your stats, and it would tell you the best gear you can equip. Does that still exist?

I remember the calculator you're talking about. The main BU calc linked above isn't it, though it's very flexible and will probably suit your needs. The armor planner is probably closer to what you're remembering, though it only works for non-unique armors.
