Hi all, just a quick question that I couldn't find any other threads about. It's not a big thing and might mean nothing to a lot of players but I was just wondering...

While having a search around the hall of fame I noticed there are quite a few very low level bots that have original or "cool" bot names that clearly aren't being used i.e. not logged in for years.

Does anyone else think this is a waste? I would like to see a way of getting them back available.

A few examples I saw were Batman, Superman (and various other superheroes), Knight Rider, lots of Pokemon, ObamaTookMyKFC (lol), Satan, James and so on

Back in bots2 inactive bots used to be deleted based on a formula of some sort. Something about level and days inactive. Pretty sure level 1s were deleted after like 30 days. Could do that.

Level 1s never logged should definitely be purged.

It was like level * 10 + 90. If you donated, you were never deleted. If you were over 100, you were never deleted.

I've discussed/considered some sort of garbage collection policy for old bots, but never really pursued it too hard.
