This is when people haven't repaired their weapons for a long time. Your weapons likely have 100% condition. Condition slowly wears down and is what is repaired when kudos are taken from you. If you have no kudos, you can't repair the condition. If condition is 50%, the weapon deals 50% damage, if it's 0%, 0% damage.

From your point of view, its just going to be pot luck. Some people create bots with broken weapons in the stash, and equip them to let themselves rape it.

Isn't it against the rules to attach your own bots? I recall this was a rule in bots2.
