why does it say offline for people on the online list?

it refers to their status in the chatroom

I think I might remove that. It doesn't seem to really have any sort of useful functionality and a lot of people get confused by it.

That also probably means there are people that don't play the game that look at the online list and think there are only actually a few people playing.

What if it were a simple "In Chat".

If you aren't it just shows a "-".

well you got [##] chat on the menu? so you dont really need that... maybe have a seperate list for online chatters?

Good idea, Alan. I think not showing the word "offline" would probably eliminate the confusion.
