I was going to go 3/1 ratio str/con and get legendary mallets. Is that a good ratio or what?

For 50 I'd just go for ancient axes/war clubs then frozen blades later on. But you can do what you like :)

I think adamizers or blackrazors are better options.

Blackrazors maybe, but those are a very small difference from frozens. Basic adamizers seem to put up some fight against frozens/blackrazors but I never had any trouble with adamizer dumpers and the like. Adamizers are great for attacking 0.00 bots and the like because of the average damage, which is normally 150+, thus resulting in 1 hit kills most of the time. Plus the added dex = higher likelihood of hitting your target.

All of them are good options, just pick one you want.
