If you are ambitious, you can try to go for the level 45 frozen blade.
I know getting a vampire gaze at level 45 is a little tough but it's worth it. =) (You can also go for a demonic circlet, which is a little better than a vampire gaze)

Next steps would probably include getting 2 more strength so you can ditch the Rockfleece and buy an iron pelt (again, ambitious, because it's tough to get money at such a low level) and possibly Ghoulhide gloves.

Afterwards, maybe go for Frostreavers...
