you should use a shield with dex that high. What armours are you using? Use enders build calculator for your planning.

Eh, I found that when using a shield, yeah, I can block more often, but then I only get to attack half the time. So, I can attack 4 times, and win the battle, or attack 3 times, not attack 3 times, and get the shit beaten out of me. Hmmm... Decisions, decisions...

But with a shield you can beat the higher level training bots thus gaining more xp faster :)
