I'm stuck between two builds:

One has Undead crown (+4 DEX, +3 CON, 80 def) with the gilded epee (48-1470 and the other has Howltusk (+6 DEX, 60 def) and atomic blade (45-165) I could also get a higher blockchance with the second build. What should I do?

Without even looking at the build posted, generally dex/bal builds will have less con their their str counterparts because they rely more heavily on not getting hit in general.

i was suppose to do dex bot, but it sucked so i changed it to balanced and now i'm going to str bot.

Hey Draoi I've actually heard the exact opposite :/ now I'm confused. I thought dex needed high dex/con so we can last longer with the str bots.

The point of dex is to not get hit.

Generally, I try to have more con than a strength bot at the same level so in case I do get hit I don't die immediately due to the fact that the armors provided to me because of my lack of strength are so lame.

When fighting weak bots, more con is better as you win more because they don't get lucky with a 1 or 2 hit win. When fighting good bots, it's better to rush weapons and armours and have minimum con.

I would definitely get max block first personally...

No offense but I think this will get you killed against a bot at your level that hasn't rushed weapons/armor and is "perfect"

I'm only referring to dex bots with 70% block. Try fighting lvl104 Dexterity. Minimum base con with spirit needles and 120str. Normal build and no freaking.
