i thought it was 80, but was proved wrong. can anyone shed some light?

If I'm not mistaken this is the "typical" lvl 80 answerer build that I am sure you are referencing.

That being said, it's not the lowest level that you can obtain answerers, freaked or even using this build.

Base con rule would actually allow you to use this build, minus 7 levels of con, theoretically getting answerers at lvl 73.

That is suppose to be 80, not 82.... My typo in the Build Calculator FTL.

you can get freaked answerers at level 74 or even lower (as in with decent hp 800+ and armor)
