Am I to understand correctly that freaking a bot is getting it to a certain weapon requirement and then redistributing a lot of points into CON and someone continuing to use the equipment with less than minimum requirements?

But to answer your question in it's purest form. When you "freak" a bot you typically use armors that grant you extremely high strength bonuses to get you the best armors you can. This will give you armors you don't technically have the stats for, Ex: A Guardian Angel(Which requires 350 strength) but you only have 327 total strength.

You do this with all your armors and you can essentially have all your armors and even your weapons equipped with out the stats to have any of them making your bot essentially stronger than one that would have the stats.

The re-dissing Str into Con is another method but one I wouldn't do, especially at the higher levels, because if you do that then you won't be able to reequip your armors until you level enough to replace the distribution points back into strength you removed.
