what exactly does the term '' freaked '' mean? and how in the world do ya do it?

Freaked = having something equipped without the stats to equip it. Eg. having less than 455 str/117 dex and having power mauls equipped.

In bots2 there were harsher penalties for not having the right stats to equip gear, so there was no such thing as a freaked build. In bots4, your gear takes more damage if you don't have the stats for it, but it won't get damaged all the time.

Freaking means to use weapons which you don't yet have the required stats for.

Normally, this is done by using unique armour which boosts your strength and dexterity up, so you can buy the weapon you want. Then, equip the armour that you prefer afterwards, so that you have the armour you want, and a high damage weapon. This can also be done with re-distribution points, but that probably isn't the best way.
