First, equip something that isn't Twitchthroe. That is, in the most literal sense possible, the worst body armor you could be fighting in right now.

Holy swords or ancient axes would be good to aim for next.

Change your twitchthrow with something that doesn't take away from CON and use it only to equip weapons you otherwise couldn't use through the stats a different chest armour would give you then change back so you have more CON. I would get rid of that helm and then redis the int it counts against you into your STR.
