Those are my stats are those good for a level 15 my int is going to stop at 30 or 35

I dont think your con+int should be greater than str+dex.

Go for heavy cutlasses. 32str 32dex i think.

Dexterity: 24 + 5 = 29
Constitution: 32
Intelligence: 36
