You're not going to be freaking at level 2. :P

But to go with your question, unless you plan on having some kudos whores freaking at lower levels is a pain in the ass but well worth it.

You can freak scarabs at lvl 20 if you really care enough to do it, but like nos sid, need a kudos whore.

Personally, I wouldn't bother freaking until the legend blade levels, just because there's not much point freaking beforehand, since you level pretty fast (unless you're not gaining energy of course).

If you can buy a Twitchthroe, just keep it in stash and freak with that, can get you weapons a few levels early.
