Dovah2 you were in the right path by choosing answerers. They are the best weapons between lvls 80-100. Regarding your build, it can be improved alot. The popular set for answerer is manic cranium, raven caw, satans claw and troll shoe. But this is for the unfreaked build (where you have the stats for all the fighting armours you got).
There's is a thread explaining what a freaked bot is, just search it. Freaked answerers use other equipments in their final build, such as duriels shell/shaftstop/satans pyjamas, lava gout or waterwalk. The advantage of this equipments is that they give you more con and dex, improving your build.

All builds are found really. With a little time on your own end, you can find any build that is dominate at that level.

Con build? You take an optimal build. Example would be answerers at 80, then level it to 90 adding nothing but con. You do this for any and all builds. Though remember adding con isn't always going to make the bot better.

A few levels will be fine of con. At level 130-145 or so, it is optimum to pump con. Since freaking stops at ~400 strength.
Problem with extra con, you are behind after your weapon needs to be upgraded. Like at 90, you should be a dazzlers. Yet if you have 40 extra con, you can't get dazzlers to 100. Conned Dazzlers aren't as good I don't think?

Dazzlers, in general, suck. You can start building them when you should have answerers, and by the time they start being better than answerers, lots of other weapons are already better options.

Yea you might as well just go up to megas or plasmas after answerers. Anything earlier will just be beat up by conned answerers.

I tried to say that, conned dazzlers aren't worth it because that extra con can go into a better weapon.
