Yeah I am officially rusty at this, i just cant seem to figure out where I am going with this

current stats:

Str 198 Dex 60 Con 50 Int 12

(these are without armor stat bonus)

anybody have any suggestion on where i should go with this? trying to just get up to a mid 130's fighter

Standard answerer build, your stats are right on the money for it. Give or take a level or two for int if you want it. You probably won't want this if you're going all the way to mid 130's though, plus that range will be boring for a "fighter" without any dumpers as far as energy is concerned.
