A rare, powerful heavy shield. You've got to beat Gaxkang though.

It is, you need a decent tank/arcane warrior mage. Even then the drop isn't assured.

Yeah I like to solo as an arcane warrior/blood mage with spellweaver and fade wall. Shimmering shield (At level 14) ftw.
