The best build depends on the level. It keeps changing. Dex improve your chance to hit. It's better to increase str than dex in the lower levels. 3:1 of str:dex proportion is a nice guide but you should aim for specific weapons that have this proportion as requirement. |

Best build depends on the level you want to stay at (if a scorer) If you are a leveler then there is certain paths you can take which will lead to different weapons/armours which is best for certain level ranges If your going high level then yes dex is a must has it helps towards max block and hit chsnce which is also a must. |
