Here is something that I just noticed. I had been attacked while off line and gained several levels.
I got the message to add more con because i was below the required limit. But I still got the same message when trying to add just one con. It would not allow me to add just one con at a time. I had to add enough to con to fulfill the limit before it would accept it.
So I think that when we get that 'add some to con' message it should tell us exactly how much is required or allow us to add to con, even if we do not add the full amount.
It was a little confusing because I was adding con but i was still getting the you should add some to con message. I understand why I was getting it but at first I didn't quite understand why it wouldn't let me add what it was telling me to add.
