When I first view the forum the frames are in place, however after a scond or so they disappear & it looks like this

Can you try disabling Emanuel's script and seeing if this still happens? I assume this is Chrome I'm looking at. I think you can enter the Chrome version of safe mode by simply entering incognito mode. That should tell us if it's some script or extension doing this.

Absolutely fine in incognito, so must be one of Manny's scripts :P
