Alrighty, here is the issue that I have found.

1. You click 'order' in any of the categories (armors, weapons, shields), this will cause that box to turn blue.
2. Next you click on a piece of gear then cancel it which will return the box to green.
3. Now you can 'buy' any piece of gear instead of ordering it. You can't actually get the item if it isn't currently stocked, you just get the "Oops, that item is not currently stocked." error message.

Lol. Actually I remembered that bug being posted a few days ago because I tried it out to see for myself. It's really kind of torture after camping for an extended period of time. That complete green list.
