When I get to around ten or eleven bots at a time, the bug with the fight times becomes obvious, sometimes I see 5 second fights finish before 2 second fights.

Just use an older version of IE, open multiple pages, viola, I quite a few open with IE 6 or 7 but you can't fight or shop or anything.

Basically some people can do it and others can't. I haven't figured it out yet.

I did it with IE, although I'm not sure if it's quite up-to-date. I was just able to log a bot in, close the browser down, open it up again, and log another bot in, while the previous bot would just stay logged in, but idle.

Yes, older versions of IE (I don't know if this is still the case) used separate browser sessions for each window. Chrome and Firefox do not do this, but Chrome incognito gives you a new session as do separate profiles on Firefox.
