I think that is due to the ordering of the perks, which are most likely based on an ascending attribute in which the greater mindreave perk comes first rather than last. |

It could be potentially switched, considering the strongest buff of the set is normally listed lowest. |

had figured this out. but its still backwards to the rest of the list and looks stupid |

This has been brought up before and I can see it argued both ways. It's currently sorted by buff effect, then by buff strength. |
