No bug. It's just telling you that you can't do whatever you were trying to do.

all i did was buy a weapon, half way through the time, and didnt get best

That happens when you try to do something in an obsolete showroom tab that's not up to date.

I think when you double click buy button it happens too

Usually happens if you double click equip.

Yeah, could have been a number of things. Double-clicking something like equip sounds possible. Ideally those would get grayed out after the first click to prevent errors like this.

Note that whatever you were trying to do (e.g., equip an item), if this was a double-click problem, still did happen. It was the second attempt that failed.
