Hmm, I haven't seen this one and bmail is something I send a lot of. Are others seeing this? The rate limiting code hasn't been touched in awhile, so it's been a problem for awhile if there is indeed a problem. I just went through the code and didn't see anything that looked immediately wrong.

I was mailing Leader2, for what it's worth.

I'll also note that the rate limiting is done per IP, not per bot id. So if you were on one bot, sent a bunch of mail quickly, then hopped onto another bot, it's possible you would get the error. Similarly, if your sibling/coworker/whatever on the same connection was sending mail, this could happen as well.

That being said, I went through the logs and didn't see any of those sorts of scenarios, so I'm not sure what happened in your case. If you can screenshot the error next time it happens so I can see the exact server timestamp for the request that triggered this, that would help.
