its not letting me spend my workshop points i click what i want them to go on then click save changes and its just refreshing back to workshop and the points are unspent still

You need to add CON. And since we're in the bugs subforum anyway, for some reason the game hasn't been showing the "Why don't you raise your CON to X" message. But once you add CON to the min CON for your level you'll be able to spend the points.

Whoops, the fix for this bug caused this. The redirect was effectively suppressing the error you would have seen telling you to spend more points on con. I rolled back that change, so you should see the error now.
