Clan tax now doubles for every additional 5 members past 20 (as opposed to every additional 5 NCs)

It's doubling on every x1 and x6 member instead of every x0 and x5 member.

(Example 51, 56 instead of 50 and 55)

I'm not sure if it doubles on the 21st member under these rules.

Thanks, this is fixed now. There was an off-by-one error and it had been doubling at 26, 31, 36, and so on instead of 25, 30, 35, and so on.
