Anyone else have a problem with changing there logo to a different one mine isn't wanting to change.

Nope not anymore it seemed like it could have changed on its own.

Maybe there's a limit on how often you can change your logo?

There's no limit. I suspect you ran into a browser caching issue, so if you see this again, a hard refresh should fix it.
