Was trying to organize stars, put in a request to permanently move 6 stars and got the confirmation, but did not receive the email to complete it. Checked even folder including junk. Is there a delay on this occasionally or a way to resend the email? Also how long are the stars then stuck in limbo for? |

Do not know if it was a glitch, but cancelled and re-requested and it sorted it. Don't know if it was also due to the stars going to multiple bots. |

Not sure what happened. As you discovered, you can just cancel the original request and re-trigger a second which will result in another email-sending attempt. And for the record, I do see 2 emails in the game outbox (7:25am and 7:38am server time), so at least from the game's perspective, both emails got sent. DMARC reports around then look good too. Hopefully a one-off. |
