the newest post already show up on top....with a big N next to is so you know theres a new post....

I think you are mixing up the terms "thread" and "post"

Thread is the link you click to get here "Forum thing"

Posts are the individual responses inside of the thread

i would not mind that, that would reduce all the scrolling in "big" threads :)

Yeah no, it's just not natural, how bout 2 links in a thread, "go to bottom" and " go to oldest new post"

There are keys, on your keyboard, that say 'page up' and 'page down' which do exactly that. Also, pressing 'space' will move the page down. Also, pressing 'end' will take you to the bottom of the page.
