suggestions

I notice that quite a lot of people seem to miss the news items on the homepage. I regularly do too. The homepage isn't something you spend a lot of time on; you immediately go somewhere else; fight, clan, showroom, etc.

Especially for new people the news items are positioned particularly low on the homepage; after the introduction and star-notifications.

So how about adding 'News' as a new forum category? Make it a special forum where only Ender can create topics. And maybe disable comments there as well, i dunno.

Would also be a good idea to have it on the log in page.

An active twitter feed would be good as well.

Both are good ideas, i myself tend to miss it when it is on the "home" page :)

I created a twitter account @BotsIV , Bots4 was taken and hasn't been updated in quite sometime.

@Bots4 is Ender's. I know, i registered it for him ;)

Perhaps he should let someone else take over for him that will post on it, like me. :)

This is one of those ideas that makes you wonder why it wasn't there from the beginning. It's on the list now.

As for Twitter, I indeed own the @bots4 account thanks to Jans. I've been meaning to start posting updates there as well, but just never got around to it because I don't use Twitter and don't really see it talked about here. More ways to stay updated is obviously a good thing though, so I'll plan on trying to get to this soon.

I'm not a twitter guy. Never have been, probably never will be.
