At the minute, if you have a really bad or broke weapon for your level like a crab whistler, it's hard to upgrade. Because of the minimum weapon requirements, you can only buy say Ataghans and upwards, but its hard to get 5k kudos to afford one training with Crab Whistlers. That was worded terribly.

TL;DR: Minimum weapon requirements shouldn't matter if the weapon you are trying to buy is better than your current one.

During the closed beta I turned Gpof into a daggerbot cause I was bored, but later wanted to switch back. Couldn't have extra bots at the time so screw that. Decided to wait for open beta for the reset but Ender decided not to. There was no way I was gonna fix that fubar'd bot so I made Gpof2 and that's how it became my main, unfortunately. I feel your pain man :'(

I recall getting my first bot in bots2 into pretty bad shape because of repairs. I had to go through some complicated trickery to recover it and maybe that's not even always possible. So I'm not against this idea, but it's a somewhat involved fix so it's not high priority right now.

Ender, what are your priorities now ?

That list (and backing spreadsheet) hasn't been updated in quite some time unfortunately. I haven't found a project/issue tracking system that works for this game yet.

Anyway, current priorities are PvE and then tournaments.
