How about a speed server . . . .

Battle Speed x10,000 - x100,000 Credit x1,000 Exp x1,000 Optional rounds Reset 6 months - 1year

Say your average battle speed is 6 seconds. Divide it by 10,000 and you get 0.0006 second battles. The average human reaction speed is 0.215 seconds. Ideally the speed on a speed server would be about 28 times faster than on here.

And why exactly we need to divide already small community? I dont see any reason why it would be good. If you want fast battles you always could buy speed buff.
